    Make sure your photo is below 2MB. You can use JPEGmini to reduce file size while maintaining quality. Don’t make your photo too small—we need to be able to edit it. If in doubt, make it larger, but always keep it below 2MB.
  • 2. Why am I receiving an error when I try to submit my order?
    Ensure there are no spaces, periods, or commas in the name fields. For address fields, avoid periods or commas. These are the most common causes of submission errors.
  • 3. Should I use my real info when I order?
    Yes, use your real information. Use your actual birthday but change the year so you are currently 21. This makes it easier for you—you don’t need to memorize a fake birthday, address, etc.
  • 4. If I order from your site is my information kept private?
    Absolutely. We protect your data using SSL encryption during submission. Our private offshore hosting ensures that only our team can access your information, which is deleted permanently after you receive your ID (kept temporarily only for order support).
  • 5. How should I organize a group order?
    Collect everyone’s info: name, birthday, eye/hair color, weight, height, sex, and backup copy requirements. Decide if you want rush production. Gather cash, choose a payment method, and make sure everyone provides a proper photo following our guidelines.

    You can change your order info before shipping. Please email us as soon as possible.

    Take a picture from head to shoulders against a white background.
  • 8. Can I have custom information?
    Yes! Enter your custom details in the ‘Additional Information’ box during ordering. If possible, we will fulfill your request.

Shipping
  • 1. How do you ship the IDs?
    We ship from overseas using DHL, USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • 2. How long does delivery take?
    Rush Service: $50 per address (Receive your order in about 72 hours / 1-3 days maximum).
    – Rush Shipping: Arrives in approximately 72 hours
    – Regular Shipping: Arrives in approximately 1 week
  • 3. Do I get a tracking number once the ID is shipped?
    Yes, your tracking number will be available on our website once your ID ships. Log in to your account to view it.
  • 4. Why does my status still show pending after payment?
    You must email us proof of payment to verify it and click the “Payment Submitted” button in your order form.
  • 5. Can you ship the ID to a PO Box?
    No, we require a physical address for shipping.
